We are very pleased to announce the release of ICB Version 5, covering all international and foreign policy crises for the period 1918-2002. This version includes data on 440 international crises (icb1v5) and 970 crisis actors (icb2v5). There are now 32 protracted conflicts. The data are stored in SPSS data files

The China Leadership Monitor is published quarterly by the Hoover Institution on War, Revolution, and Peace at Stanford University.
